Day 46 - Border Preparations

December 17th

We left Darlene's house and we stopped by her hospital in the afternoon where we were able to make photocopies of all the important documents. We couldn't thank her enough! We had a great time in San Antonio and now we have a new friend there as well!

After that we headed to the border town of McAllen which Darlene had reccomended since she used to live there and it is known to be one of the safer crossings into Mexico.
