Day 41 - We need better warmups

December 12th

We woke up and drove to the beachfront of Lake Charles. Josh and I found a Mardi Gras museum, closed at the time, but it had displays of the amazing costumes worn during the holiday. On my way back I found Joel feeding the pigeons. We had lunch then played some football on the beach. Unfortunately Josh's knee was hurting after about 30 minutes and then shortly after Sam tweaked his groin, so it was no more football for that day. Turns out doing nothing for a week then sprinting as hard as you can is not exactly good for the body... We drove to the outskirts of Houston and watched the Raptors play Golden State!
