Day 19 - An attempt to bake

Sam went into New York to see the 9/11 memorial while Josh and Joel slept in and I tried some cooking. After burning some plantain chips I had a go at a loaf of banana bread. From the outside it looked great, only when I took it out did I see the detructiveness of our little oven. It will take some getting used to, but eventually I think I'll be able to not burn it. Despite the 1/2in black on the bottom it was very good and perfect inside. Maybe it's time to fire up the old easy bake instead!
